This New Years Eve SB Prime will be taking dinner reservations at two seating times. Early seating reservation for between 6pm - 6:30pm, and a second later seating for dinner reservations at 8pm-8:30pm

As Midnight draws nearer, dance the night away to our live DJ, enjoy late night appetizers created by Chef John Hamilton, and a Champagne Toast at midnight!
