On Friday January 23rd 2009, chef Peter Wilson of SB Prime was invited to be apart of the HTZ FM morning show, where he shared in a haggis he had prepared for the hosts in the spirit of Robbie Burns, and to talk about the upcoming Scotch tasting dinner and charity event being held at SB Prime on March 31st 2009.
