Prix Fixe literally meaning "fixed price" refers to a multi-course meal sold a set price. Popular in Europe a Prix Fixe menu is also sometimes referred to as Table d'hote meaning "table of the host" or "host table". This single menu is prepared by your Chef and normally consists of an appetizer > main entree > dessert.
