From March 27 - March 29, thousands visited the 4th annual Food & Drink Fest held at the Hamilton Convention Centre. 

The show features a variety of local and international wines, specialty beers, and culinary sensations created by some of the Hamilton, Halton & Niagara Regions' most popular            restaurants, breweries & wineries.

SB Prime's sous chef William Serre opened the show Friday evening with a live cooking demonstration that captivated the audience for the whole hour, leading people to come back to visit the SB Prime booth for more. SB Prime alone sold well over 7000 tickets making the booth the overall show winner with the highest ticket redemption.                               

The show has awards for three categories; "Best Tasting Dish", "Best Unique Dish" and  "Most Outstanding Service, Prime took home an award, which are voted by show attendees in each category.
