Once a month SB Prime holds a special dinner event as a part of a series known as the Prime Supper Club.

Each Supper event features a unique theme, accompanied by a carefully created menu and paired with cocktails, spirits or fine wine from the Prime bar. In addition, each Prime Supper event is held to raise awareness and support for a specific charity. By enjoying one of  Primes five course tasting dinners you are also helping a local cause.

Some past events have included a Wine Tasting Dinner with Lifford Wine Agency and wine expert Scott Merwin. A Scotch tasting dinner featuring Red Hot Spirits presented by Ferne Glaser and Erich Sisa (pictured right), in support of Halton Food For Thought program. And the most recent event, a Kids themed dinner where chef Peter Wilson took classic childhood comfort foods and gave them a special grown up, gourmet spin. Appropriately the charity for the evening was ROCK - reach out centre for kids.
