Gaining recognition as local high end caterers, SB Prime had the pleasure of cooking for Morgan Freeman during his recent stay in Oakville. The Actor was in town for a special private screening of his latest project Prom Night In Mississippi, a film which documents students of Charleston High School in Mississippi, an integrated high school which until 2008 still held separate proms: one white prom and one black prom. As a part of Mr.Freeman's stay in town, Chef John Hamilton cooked an extraordinary private dinner on Thursday night for the Actor and 30 guests held at Oakvilles Historical Edgemere Estate. Chef John Hamilton's team also over saw all of Mr.Freemans meals at the home he was staying in during his visit. SB Prime's Chef Steve Kirlin acted as Private chef to the actor for the duration of his stay, some of Morgan Freemans favorites included Eggs Benedicts for breakfast which he requested on several occasions, along with french roast coffee and his cocktail of choice, Maker's Mark Whiskey Sours.
