SB Prime at Taste of Burlington Media Release |

Marking the beginning of the Winter installment of Taste of Burlington 2010, participating restaurants gathered in the Discovery Landing at Spencer Smith Park in Burlington on Wednesday evening for the Taste of Burlington's Media Release.
This is a chance for each restaurant to meet with press, showcase sample dishes and say a few words. SB Prime's chef John Hamilton presented guests with Miniature Tuna Tataki served on a cucumber slice with a wasabi mayo, a signature at SB Prime cocktail parties.
When this many chefs gather in a room it is evident that there is a lot of talent in Burlington, with each restaurant aiming to raise the bar, Taste of Burlington is a great opportunity for people to get a chance to discover all the wonderful new things our chefs are cooking up.
Taste of Burlington runs from February 22 - March 14. SB Prime will be offering a $20 prix fixe Lunch menu & $40 prix fixe Dinner menu for the event.
