SB Prime Winner of "Best Taste"

Taste of Burlington Winter 2015 edition begins next month and to kick things off 300 tickets holders and a panel of local guest judges were treated to a pre tasting from participating restaurants at the official Launch event held at the Burlington Performing Arts Centre on January 20th. SB Prime Chef Sidney Brandt served up her house made Butternut Squash Gnocchi in Brown Butter Cream with local-raised Rabbit Confit, Herbs, Heirloom Carrots and Mushrooms which won her "Best Taste" at the event. Congratulations to Chef Sidney and her team.
